DRAWS: Posted Wed before the event.
RESULTS: Will Be Posted Wed after the event.
EVENT DATE: Sun, at Rinconada Park, 9am -12 noon. All events to be completed by noon.
CHECK-IN: 8:30am at tournament desk Rinconada.
FOOD: NY Deli-style menu: mini-bagel, deli-sandwich, pickle and more.
A social Mixed Doubles event and a Mens Singles event. Register for one event only.
DINER's SPECIAL: Lunch for a non-player registrant.
WITHDRAWAL: Make every effort to locate a replacement player. Notify tournament director ASAP via return email, phone or text. We understand that withdrawal from a tournament is sometimes necessary. No refund after registration entry close date.
NO-SHOW: Ineligible for the next tournament; no refund.
REFUNDS: Full refund shall be issued for any withdrawal communicated to tournament director prior to registration entry close date.
RAIN-OUT: Refund shall be offered to all paid registrants.
